Dental Hygiene Assistant

Job Description: As a Dental Hygiene Assistant at Southern Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental hygienists and ensuring efficient and effective patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting dental hygienists during dental procedures, including cleanings and examinations
• Taking dental X-rays
• Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment
• Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
