Dental Front Office/Hygiene Coordinator

We are seeking a Hygiene Coordinator who is committed to providing excellent customer service to our patients. We are a family and cosmetic dental office with multigeneration of patients. We take pride in treating our patients and working with them to achieve their dental concerns.

Our Hygiene Coordinator will be focusing on scheduling appointments, greeting patients when they first enter the office, answering phone calls, making outgoing confirmation calls and overseeing the hygiene schedule. Other aspects to include processing new patient paperwork, insurance verification, outstanding insurance follow-up and collecting payments. This position will work alongside the office manager/treatment coordinator.

Requirements:

- 3 years previous experience working in a dental office (required)

- 1 year previous experience working in the front office

- Strong administrative skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Detail oriented individual who has the ability to work well within a team.

- Proficiency in Eaglesoft Dental Practice Software (preferred but am willing to train)
