Dental Front Office Treatment Planner

Wolfe Dental is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator with experience in dental treatment planning to join our outstanding team!

Schedule

• 4 or 5 days per week
• 34–36 hours total

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, patient-focused customer service with a professional and welcoming approach
• Present and review treatment plans, including insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs
• Maintain a productive, full schedule to support office goals
• Process insurance claims and ensure accuracy of patient records
• Collect and post payments while ensuring financial arrangements are clear and met
• Organize and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail
• Prepare correspondence for patients and doctors, including referrals
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support doctors and staff as needed
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referring practices
• Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training
• Contribute to overall office efficiency by taking on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
