Dental Front Office Team Member

Hiring: Dental Front Office Lead | West Side of Cincinnati

We’re a private dental practice on the west side of Cincinnati looking for a front office lead who is obsessed with customer service and knows how to help patients move forward with their care. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing a practice, and taking ownership of the patient experience.

You’ll confidently discuss treatment plans, answer questions about costs and payment options, help patients schedule recommended care, and follow up with those who haven’t scheduled. We’re looking for someone comfortable with sales and marketing who can turn a great first impression into a lasting patient relationship. That takes confidence and persistence, while always treating patients with respect and helping them make informed decisions.

You’ll also help keep the schedule productive, support the front office team, and communicate closely with the clinical team. The right person follows through, pays attention to details, handles difficult conversations well, and takes pride in making every patient feel cared for.

Dental front office and leadership experience are strongly preferred. If you’re dependable, organized, comfortable discussing finances, and excited to help a practice grow, we’d like to hear from you.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental office: 1 year (Required)
• Dentrix or Open Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
