Dental Front Office ( Experienced Required)

We’re a small, privately owned dental office with a supportive and kind team. We’re seeking a dependable, organized, and punctual individual to join our team as a full-time SOLO front desk role.

As the first and last person our patients encounter, we want to ensure that their experience is welcoming, smooth, and professional. You’ll be the primary point of contact for patients and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Patient check-in and check-out, handling phones, scheduling appointments

-Verifying insurance information and processing payments, including collecting copays and presenting treatment plans

-Utilizing OpenDental for scheduling and managing patient records

- Coordinating with the back office to ensure timely operations We believe you’ll be a great fit if you have:

- At least 2+ years of experience in a dental front desk role

- Strong organizational and reliability skills - Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills

Our office hours are as follows:

- Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM -

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
