As the first and last person our patients interact with, you'll play an essential role in creating an outstanding experience from check-in through check-out.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients warmly and create an outstanding first impression.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm appointments while optimizing the daily schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and patient payments.
• Support treatment coordination and patient communication.
• Assist with recall and reactivation efforts to maintain a productive schedule.
• Maintain accurate patient records (Denticon experience is helpful but not required).
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Professional with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in dental insurance and scheduling processes.
• Experienced in a dental front office role (preferred), or brings exceptional hospitality or customer service experience.

• $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
