Bonham Dental Arts is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our family!

We are a family oriented, patient centered dental practice in Largo, FL. Our team works together to provide exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our practice. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and care
• Use of multi-line phones to make, answer, and direct phone calls
• Monitor the schedule throughout the day to ensure that it runs smoothly and maximizing the daily production goal
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and clinical confidentiality

Requirements

• Dental office experience is preferred
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental procedures preferred
• Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients, parents, doctors, and staff, in person and on the telephone
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team setting.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
