Front Office Dental Practice Administrator

We are a privately owned dental practice, not a corporate office, looking for an experienced, personable, and organized Front Office Dental Practice Administrator to join our busy team supporting four doctors.

The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage busy, multi-line phone system and front office
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for four doctors
• Assist with treatment planning and patient financial discussions
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment, insurance, and scheduling
• Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to keep the office running smoothly

Qualifications

• Dental office experience strongly preferred
• Eaglesoft experience preferred
• Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Great personality is a must!
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
