Dental Front Desk Team Member

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and efficiently check them in and out using Dentrix Ascend.
• Schedule appointments accurately while managing multiple calendars and coordinating with clinical staff.
• Coordinating patient form updates using software and iPad
• Answer phone calls promptly using proper phone etiquette; provide excellent customer service and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing electronic health records (EHR) management systems like Athenahealth or EMR systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a medical or dental front desk role with clinic experience preferred but not needed.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in administrative support.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
