Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental front desk experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment using EagleSoft software.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance information and update patient records
• Manage patient check-in/check-out processes
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate daily schedules and assist with office flow
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience required
• Experience using EagleSoft (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Pay: $18.00-24.00 Hourly
