Dental Front Desk Receptionist

​Our growing dental office is seeking a reliable, motivated Front Desk Team Member to join our private dental practice team. We proudly serve patients at multiple locations in Celina and St. Marys.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and dedication to providing excellent patient service in a friendly and professional environment.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• Verifying insurance and processing patient information
• Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements
• Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Cross training as a Dental Assistant to help clinical staff as needed

Experience / Education

• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus
• Hepatitis B vaccinations up to date

Experience with dental software, insurance verification, and the Medicaid program is a plus.

Compensation is based on experience
