The ideal candidate should possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring all patients feel welcome and at ease.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Insurance verification
• Answer incoming calls
• Create new patient profiles
• Respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Confirm appointments and recalls in line with office protocols

Requirements

• Dental office experience (1-2 years)
• Customer service
• Positive attitude
• Must be a team player
• Familiarity with dental software, such as Open dental
• Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively managing appointments and addressing patient inquiries.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records and a smooth workflow.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure is vital.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and assisting both patients and colleagues are essential traits for success in this role.
