Dental Assistant – Full Time | TrueGem Smiles

TrueGem Smiles is a growing, modern dental practice in Leesburg, VA, and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.

We’re a patient-centered office that values kindness, professionalism, teamwork, and creating an experience where patients genuinely feel cared for. Our practice is growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

What we’re looking for:

● Dental assisting experience preferred

● Reliable, punctual, and consistent

● Friendly, warm, and comfortable interacting with patients

● Organized and able to anticipate the doctor’s needs

● Strong work ethic with attention to detail

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

● Willing to learn and receive feedback

● Team-oriented with a positive attitude

● Spanish-speaking is a strong plus

● X-ray certification required as applicable in Virginia

Responsibilities include:

● Chairside assisting during general and cosmetic dental procedures

● Setting up and breaking down operatories

● Sterilization and infection-control procedures

● Taking dental X-rays

● Taking intraoral photographs and assisting with digital scanning

● Preparing materials and instruments for procedures

● Maintaining organized and fully stocked operatories

● Reviewing post-op instructions with patients

● Helping keep the clinical schedule running efficiently

Help with front desk tasks

● Providing an excellent patient experience from beginning to end

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 4 days per week

Location: Leesburg, VA

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
