Dental Assistant, Orthodontics

Our established, orthodontic practice is looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who is passionate about orthodontics, patient care, and being part of a fun, supportive team.

We are currently hiring for our Beavercreek and West Chester locations. Team members will have a primary location, but must be willing to travel to our other office when needed.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with Fridays only until 2:00 PM
Required: Current radiology license

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Orthodontist with a variety of orthodontic procedures
• Provide exceptional patient care and create a positive patient experience
• Take and process X-rays, photos, impressions, and other diagnostic records
• Educate patients on oral health and orthodontic treatment
• Track and document patient progress
• Adjust retainers and clear aligners, including Invisalign
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
• Help ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout treatment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Orthodontist

• Has previous orthodontic assisting experience
• Loves working with patients of all ages
• Is confident, dependable, and takes pride in their work
• Is a positive team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Is willing to travel between our Beavercreek and West Chester offices as needed
• Is excited about braces, orthodontics, and creating great patient experiences

Dentrix Ascend and/or Cloud9 experience is a plus, but not required.
