The #1 Dental Office in the area is hiring! Two of our Dental Assistants are leaving to go back to school. Therefore, Menomonie Street Dental is looking for two (2) Dental Assistants who bring energy, positivity, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Certification is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, personality, and desire to learn.

What You'll Do

Chairside Clinical Support

• Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures
• Anticipate needs and keep procedures flowing efficiently
• Prepare treatment rooms before appointments
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical readiness
• Take and process digital radiographs (if certified)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Create an Exceptional Patient Experience

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed
• Explain procedures and next steps clearly
• Build trust and positive relationships with patients

Keep the Practice Running Smoothly

• Maintain OSHA and infection control standards
• Keep operatories organized and fully stocked
• Communicate effectively with doctors and teammates
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant Certification preferred
• Experience in dental assisting is a plus, but not required
• Radiography certification is beneficial
• Strong customer service experience is highly valued
