Your Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

No Fridays. No evenings. A consistent 4-day schedule with a team that values both excellent patient care and a healthy work-life balance.

Compensation

$22–$27/hour, based on experience

We are open to newer assistants who have a solid foundation and are eager to learn, as well as experienced assistants who can confidently step into the role.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Dental Assistant at High Point Dentistry, you'll play an important role in both patient care and the day-to-day flow of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent chairside assistance
• Preparing operatories and assisting with efficient patient flow
• Taking digital scans
• Reviewing pre- and post-operative instructions with patients
• Sterilization and maintaining our high standards for infection control
• Keeping operatories stocked, organized, and prepared
• Supporting the doctor during comprehensive restorative and other clinical procedures
• Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
• Working collaboratively with the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience
