Dental Assistant

As our Dental Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the dentist for all procedures. You will also be responsible for preparation and clean-up of the operatories. Additionally, the dental assistant may be responsible for responding to phone calls, making patient appointments, and scheduling dental procedures. A successful candidate will be proficient in all areas of their job and have an active license in dental radiography.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the dentist during procedures
• Infection control before and after procedures
• Taking digital x-rays and scans
• Being polite to patients and other office staff
• Ordering supplies
• General office cleaning
• Taking accurate notes while handling calls and scheduling appointments.
• Working as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
