Position:

Full-Time Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up treatment rooms properly before and after procedures
• Assist the doctor efficiently during dental procedures
• Take high-quality digital X-rays properly and safely
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Clean and organize instruments and operatories
• Ensure rooms are fully stocked and organized throughout the day
• Assist with patient care and provide a positive patient experience
• Help maintain smooth daily office flow and teamwork
• Place and track dental supply orders as needed
• Support front office duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of dental assisting experience
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Experience with digital X-rays
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures
• Professional communication and presentation
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• $24–$30/hour depending on experience and clinical skills
