We are a private practice of several specialties including general, pediatric, endodontic, orthodontic, periodontic, and prosthodontics dentistry. Qualities We Are Looking For: We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and have a positive attitude. Candidates must be detail oriented, dependable, have computer skills, take constructive feedback positively, and be respectful of co-workers and doctors.

Responsibilities and Duties: (We will train you!)

• Greet patients and prepare them accordingly to specific procedures.
• Take phone calls according to script, and triage properly.
• Update and maintain client’s dental records
• Schedule patient appointments
• Take billing and insurance details from patients
• Take impressions with both alginate and PVS material; use intraoral scanner (iTero); expose x-rays as well as take extraoral and intraoral pictures.
• Chairside assisting for different dental procedures.
• Educate patients on basic oral hygiene instructions and post- operative instructions regarding dental appliances.
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA.
• Perform other chores as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Possess required MA certifications and licenses. (CPR, MA Dental Assisting License, and Dental Radiology)
• Basic knowledge of dental terminology and basic dental procedures
• Able to work with both children and adults.
