Wanted- Dental Assistant for Cosmetic Dental Office and Med Spa

Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

We're a dental + med spa practice that's professional but NEVER stuffy, and we're on the hunt for someone special to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the clinic and understand how the basic front desk job duties are run day to day.

Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:15 AM–4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide chairside assistance during cosmetic and general dental procedures
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Help with front desk duties: scheduling, patient intake, insurance, and phone support
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming patient experience from start to finish
• Lead by example and help support clinical and front office workflows
• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Supply inventory and ordering
• Lab work/taking impressions/ pouring casts if needed
• Itero scanning and Trios, taking accurate digital x-rays and cbct, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in dental assisting
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Interest or experience in cosmetic dentistry and aesthetic treatments
• Comfortable using Eaglesoft software and digital tools
• A team player who enjoys working in a positive, beauty-forward environment
