Job Overview

We're currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and reliable Dental Assistant that is willing to learn front desk duties. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of dental terminology, strong inter-personal skills and a desire to be part of a wonderful team.

Responsibilities

• Making an excellent first impression
• Check in and collect payments
• Help our office manager with daily tasks
• Answering questions and providing information regarding dental services and procedures.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and company standards
• Working with co-workers to construct productive and well-coordinated days

Requirements

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
• Open Dental experience
• Experience with dental terminology
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Minimum 2 years of dental experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
