Dental Assistant-Chairside

Experienced Dental Assistant – $19–$26/hr | Supportive Team | No Weekends

Drs. Richardson & Collie are looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our established, patient-focused practice. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in providing excellent care and service to our valued patients.

This role is ideal for a dental assistant who is organized, positive, and comfortable assisting chairside during a variety of procedures. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time for the right candidate.

Pay--$19 – $26 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Support patient comfort and education
• Take X-rays
• Chart treatments and assist with patient records
• Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification preferred
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Dentrix experience is a plus

Office hours are Monday -Thursday 7:30 AM- 5:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

• Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
