Dental Assistant

Beam Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Jersey City!Pay: $22–$25/hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by applicable requirements
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Provide patients with a welcoming, comfortable experience
• Assist with patient education and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain infection-control and OSHA standards
• Help keep the clinical area organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Work collaboratively with the entire dental team

What We’re Looking For

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• NJ dental assisting credentials/certifications as required for applicable duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bilingual skills are a plus
