Join a warm, collaborative practice where shared leadership brings outstanding dentistry and a welcoming patient experience together. We learn continuously, embrace thoughtful innovation, and care for our patients and one another with dependability, kindness, family spirit, and fun.

The Opportunity

As our Dental Assistant, you will be the dentist’s trusted right hand and a reassuring guide for every patient. You will anticipate clinical needs, support safe and efficient treatment, and help each patient feel heard, informed, and genuinely cared for from arrival through follow-up.

What You’ll Do:

Provide four-handed chairside assistance for preventive, restorative, endodontic, surgical, implant, and cosmetic procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and patients while following OSHA and CDC infection-control standards.
Capture digital radiographs, intraoral photos, 3D scans, and impressions.
Communicate with warmth and empathy, monitor comfort, explain care clearly, and provide post-treatment guidance.
Document accurately, coordinate lab cases and referrals, and provide seamless handoffs across the team.
Contribute ideas, embrace new technology, and help create an efficient, supportive, and fun workplace.

What You Bring:

Dental assisting education or equivalent hands-on training, plus required state credentials and current CPR/BLS certification.
Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, digital radiography, and four-handed dentistry.
A dependable, adaptable, team-first approach with excellent communication and genuine care for patients.
Experience with practice-management software, CBCT, digital scanning, implants, orthodontics, or Spanish is a plus.

Why Le Pearl Dental?:

Join our locally owned, independent practice—not a corporate chain—and a team that cares for one another.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications.
Enjoy flexible scheduling beyond the traditional 9-to-5, with morning or evening shifts available.
Complimentary and discounted dental care for employees and immediate family.
Advanced clinical technology, continuing education support, and specialty cross-training opportunities.
A supportive, growth-minded culture rooted in shared leadership, kindness, family, and fun.
