Associate General Dentist

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team in a private practice setting.

This vital role involves providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health through expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The day to day:

• Comprehensive dentistry: our patients are looking for a provider who can take care of all of their needs
• Multiple hygienists and busy schedules
• Trained staff: experienced DA's and treatment coordinators. Highly skilled leadership with over 35 years in the industry
• An owner doctor who gives you 100% autonomy and support. He is an Orthodontist so you are the principal provider in this practice
• New, clean and updated equipment
• Large practice with extra space and operatories

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with a strong background in general dentistry procedures.

Desire to grow as a provider, advance your skills and experience.

Knowledge of general dentistry practices and experience providing care for a diverse population is highly desirable.

Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and OSHA regulations to ensure safe practice environments.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly; compassionate approach to patient care is essential.

Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, implant placement, orthodontic assessments, and oral surgery confidently.

Strong understanding of medical documentation requirements and compliance with HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
