Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and clinically strong Associate Dentist to join our respected practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving patient base and work alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures (restorative, crowns, bridges, extractions, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through trust and communication
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with a skilled and supportive team

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• A commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
• Experience/Training with CAD/CAM technology, particularly CEREC/ITERO for same-day restorations is a plus
