Our established private practice in High Point, NC is seeking a motivated, compassionate dentist to join our team and help our patients achieve optimal oral health.

We are a FFS/PPO-focused practice and do not participate in Medicaid. Our modern, recently updated facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and supported by a highly trained clinical team. Clinical Opportunities

Our dentists have the opportunity to provide a broad range of comprehensive general and advanced dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Same-day CEREC crowns
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Implant placement and restoration

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry, including full mouth rehab cases

The owner dentist is available to mentor dentists who are interested in expanding their clinical skills, including learning implant placement, clear-aligner orthodontics, and advanced use of our in-office digital technology.

We also maintain relationships with excellent local specialists and encourage collaboration and referrals when appropriate.

Dentist Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and evaluate patients' overall oral health
• Diagnose dental conditions using appropriate diagnostic tools and clinical procedures
• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide high-quality general and advanced dental care, including restorative procedures, root canals, surgical extractions, and other indicated treatments
• Perform procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care
• Coordinate patient care with dental specialists when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff regarding patient treatment plans
• Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Follow all office policies, OSHA requirements, infection-control protocols, and applicable safety standards
• Provide an exceptional patient experience with a compassionate and professional chairside manner

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Current and unrestricted North Carolina dental license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification

Pay: $200,685.91 - $350,000.00 per year
