Associate General Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting optimal oral health. This role requires expertise in various dental procedures, patient assessment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care in accordance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Perform a range of dental procedures including root canal therapy and preventive care.
• Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with dental office staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and medical coding as needed.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical coding is preferred.
• Experience with patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Knowledge of current dental practices, technologies, and aseptic techniques.
• Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.

Pay: $144,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
