Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, implants, and oral surgeries with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, diagnosing dental conditions using appropriate medical imaging and dental terminology, and developing effective treatment plans.
• Deliver comprehensive patient education on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed through aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures to safeguard patient safety.
• Collaborate with team members to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient workflow and optimal patient comfort.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and answer any questions to foster trust and confidence in our services.

Qualifications

• Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice general dentistry; additional certifications in pediatrics or oral surgery are a plus.
• Proven experience working in a dental clinic or office environment with proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
• Strong knowledge of dental diagnosis, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
• Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics and pediatric dentistry procedures.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatments clearly and compassionately.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes is preferred.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
