Mirza Dental is a family-owned, self-funded dental group that has served Chicagoland for over 40 years. We've grown to six offices and a team of 150+, including more than 25 dentists, and we're still expanding. We're a full-service group that keeps advanced care in-house, accepts Medicaid, PPO and most major insurance, and takes pride in serving — and hiring from — the diverse communities around us. Our team cares for patients in English, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Punjabi.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a high-volume, technology-driven practice. You'll deliver comprehensive, full-scope care with the support of dedicated certified assistants, a steady flow of new patients, and modern equipment at every operatory. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate ready to grow, our directors and mentorship program will help you thrive.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral exams, diagnose conditions, and develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans
• Deliver a full scope of general dentistry: restorations/fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and preventive care
• Perform advanced procedures in-house, including root canals/endodontics, extractions and oral surgery, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry (as skills allow)
• Provide same-day and emergency care as needed
• Take and interpret digital radiographs and CBCT/3D imaging for diagnosis and implant planning
• Lead, direct, and mentor certified dental assistants to keep the schedule running efficiently
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in Dentrix Ascend (cloud, AI-assisted)
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction
• Comply with all OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and state dental board requirements
• Partner with front-office and support teams to deliver a smooth, positive patient experience
• Participate in continuing education and team development

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) in good standing
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• BLS/CPR certification
• Professional liability (malpractice) coverage, or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and excellent chairside manner
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-based, high-volume environment
• Preferred: experience or comfort with implants, molar endo, and oral surgery; completion of an AEGD/GPR; and bilingual Spanish (a significant asset with our patient base)

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
