Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $800.00 – $2,500.00 per day
• Structure: Guaranteed daily base pay with a production bonus structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical dental procedures, including prophylaxis, extractions, composite fillings, crowns (physical & iTero digital impressions), and denture fabrication.
• Work productively and efficiently, both independently and alongside the owner doctor.
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and front office staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding their diagnosis and treatment options.
• Maintain strict ethical standards and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
• Active California Dental License.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active malpractice insurance.
