Associate General Dentist – Capitola & San Jose, CA

Part-Time to Full-Time | Flexible 2–5 Days per Week

We are seeking a motivated, personable Associate Dentist to join our private dental practices in Capitola and San Jose, California.

This is a unique opportunity for a dentist looking for a flexible schedule, strong mentorship, and the potential to develop a long-term relationship with an established private practice. The position can be structured around a few days per week in Capitola, with the opportunity for additional days at our San Jose location.

Our philosophy is centered on providing excellent, comprehensive dental care while developing long-term relationships with our patients. We incorporate modern dental technology to improve diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and clinical outcomes.

The Position

The associate will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of general and restorative dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive and limited exams
• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Endodontics
• Extractions
• Removable prosthodontics
• Preventive and comprehensive patient care

Experience with or an interest in Invisalign, implant dentistry, digital dentistry, and more advanced procedures is a plus.

Our offices utilize modern technology including CBCT, intraoral scanning, digital workflows, and dental lasers to assist with diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, we are looking for a dentist with 2–5 years of clinical experience, although we are open to considering a motivated newer dentist who is interested in mentorship and continued clinical development.

We are looking for someone who:

Schedule

The position is expected to begin January 2027.

The schedule can be flexible, with approximately 2–4 days per week available between our Capitola and San Jose locations. Candidates interested primarily in the Capitola location are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity

We offer a competitive guaranteed daily rate with a negotiable percentage of collections, based on experience and clinical ability.

More importantly, we are looking for the right dentist rather than simply filling days on the schedule.

This is intended to be a mentored, long-term associate position, with the potential for increased responsibility and a possible future partnership opportunity for the right person.
