Associate Dentist

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate Associate Dentist to join our practice 1 Saturday per month. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking supplemental income, a light weekend commitment, or a stepping stone toward a larger schedule.

We are proud to be an Invisalign-forward office, focusing heavily on clear aligner therapy within the scope of comprehensive care. Whether you are a seasoned provider or a newer graduate, we offer dedicated mentorship from our experienced doctors to help you grow your clinical skills and confidence. While the immediate need is for one Saturday a month, there is clear potential to expand into additional weekday or weekend days in the future as our patient volume grows.

Schedule

• Current Commitment: 1 Saturday per month (usually 3rd of the month but flexible)
• Column Setup: Managing 2 hygiene columns (exams) alongside 1 dedicated treatment column for procedures.
• Growth Potential: Opportunity to add more days (weekdays or weekends) down the road if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive, restorative, and preventive dental care.
• Identify cases for clear aligner therapy and guide patients through their Invisalign treatments.
• Formulate individual treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health options.
• Lead and collaborate with our expanded function dental assistants and front office team during Saturday shifts.
• Maintain accurate, timely digital clinical records.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state Dental License in good standing.
• Active DEA license and malpractice insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Invisalign certification is strongly preferred, though we are happy to provide mentorship to help you grow in this area!
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
