Associate Dentist

Duties

• Perform routine pediatric examinations, preventive care, restorations, extractions, and emergency treatments in a patient-centered environment.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, accurately diagnose dental conditions using digital imaging, and develop clear, effective treatment plans.
• Communicate warmly and effectively with young patients and their parents to ensure positive, stress-free dental visits.

Requirements

• Education & License: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school and an active state dental license.
• Passion for Kids: Genuine enjoyment in working with children and fostering a friendly, comforting atmosphere.
• Growth Mindset: Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and receive mentorship (New grads and dentists transitioning to pediatric care are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
