Associate Dentist

Our growing private practice seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. We provide all aspects of general dentistry, with an emphasis on cosmetic and comprehensive care, in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, adaptability, and ongoing learning.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who is confident in treatment planning, comfortable working independently, and interested in expanding their clinical skills. As our practice grows, the incoming associate will help assume clinical days currently covered by the owner.

About Our Practice

Our practice currently features seven operatories, with potential expansion to eleven next year. Our support team includes hygienists, five dental assistants, and four front office team members.

We use modern technology to support patient care, including digital X-rays, CBCT, an iTero scanner, and Open Dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Clearly explain treatment recommendations and help patients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver an efficient, positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support practice growth while continuing to develop clinical skills.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license, or ability to obtain licensure before starting.
• At least three years of clinical experience; three to five years preferred.
• Confidence in comprehensive treatment planning and independent patient care.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced practice.
• Interest in ongoing learning, including opportunities to learn cosmetic and implant procedures.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Wednesday OFF

Compensation and Benefits

• Initial daily guarantee for the first 90 days, followed by production-based compensation.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
