We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join an established dental practice in Oceanside, California.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Holds an active California Dental License
• Maintains current DEA registration and required certifications
• Provides high-quality, ethical, patient-centered dentistry
• Communicates effectively and builds strong patient relationships
• Works well within a collaborative team environment
• Is dependable, professional, and growth-oriented
• Is interested in building a long-term future with the practice

Experience is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to continued development.
