Treatment Plan/ Dental Operations Coordinator

Prior Dental Experience Required**** Uptown Family Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Plan/ Dental Operations Coordinator to join our family run team (not corporate)! If you enjoy building relationships with patients, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced dental office, we’d love to meet you.

We have an established patient base, a supportive team, and a positive work environment where everyone works together to provide exceptional patient care. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling
• Schedule new and existing patients while optimizing the provider schedule
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments
• Present treatment plans and review financial arrangements as needed
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow
• Call insurance companies regarding dental claims

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
• Experience with Eaglesoft and Vyne is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Schedule

• Monday- Thursday : 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Experience Required:

• Dental Front Office: 1 year (Preferred)
