Treatment Coordinator - Leominster Family Dentists

Leominster Family Dentists is looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy dental office environment, connecting with patients, and helping them understand and move forward with their recommended treatment.

The ideal candidate has prior dental front-office experience, strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced practice. Dentrix experience is preferred.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a positive, professional experience
• Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and available payment options
• Help patients understand their treatment recommendations and next steps
• Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate patient care
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and follow-up
• Work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and the front-office team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Assist with insurance verification and treatment estimates as needed
• Support the overall efficiency and flow of a busy dental practice
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients

Qualifications

• Previous dental office or treatment coordination experience preferred
• Experience working in a busy dental practice
• Dentrix experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and costs with patients
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and patient-focused approach
• Strong computer and administrative skills
