Oral Surgery Specialists of Oklahoma is looking for a motivated and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our patients and their care — guiding them through treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and a warm smile. Responsibilities:
- Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate manner
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and surgical appointments efficiently
- Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and financing arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions, concerns, and case follow-through
- Collaborate with clinical staff and surgeons to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within practice management software
- Interact with referring offices
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental, oral surgery, or healthcare front office setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of treatment planning, and patient financing options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume specialty practice
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, empathetic demeanor with a commitment to exceptional patient experience
