<Job Summary>
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Treatment Coordinator with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to lead our practice operations and enhance patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, medical office management expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. This role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

<Responsibilities>

• Manage all aspects of office administration, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff supervision to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures clearly and ensuring understanding of financial options.
• Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, billing, insurance claims processing, and financial counseling for patients.
• Manage4 AI software for insurance claims.
• Supervise office staff, providing training and support in medical administrative support, HIPAA compliance, and customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health records ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Monitor practice performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize productivity and patient satisfaction.

<Skills>

• Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including medical administrative support and clinic experience.
• Proficiency in EHR systems(Eaglesoft) familiarity with Weave is a plus.
• Expertise in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial management
• Excellent communication skills for patient engagement.
