Glendale Caring Dentistry is a growing, patient-focused dental practice in Glendale, AZ. We're looking for a personable, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team and help patients say "yes" to the care they need.

About the Role

We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can wear multiple hats — someone comfortable with numbers and insurance details, but who also shines in front of patients. You'll be the bridge between clinical recommendations and patient action: presenting treatment plans, overcoming objections, verifying insurance benefits, and keeping the schedule full.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and present treatment plans to patients in a clear, compelling, and honest way
• Use consultative sales skills to help patients understand the value of recommended treatment and move forward with care
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility as needed to support accurate treatment plan estimates
• Discuss financial arrangements, payment options, and financing (e.g., CareCredit) with patients
• Answer inbound calls and proactively schedule/reschedule patient appointments to keep the schedule full
• Follow up with patients who have pending or incomplete treatment plans
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are accurate and presented promptly
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records related to treatment planning and financial agreements

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, or similar front office role in a dental or medical practice (required)
• Proven ability to sell or persuasively present a service/product — comfort with overcoming objections and closing
• Working knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits (preferred)
• Excellent phone presence and scheduling skills
• Strong communication skills — able to build trust and rapport with patients quickly
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple patient cases at once
• Experience with Dentrix practice management software required (or comparable systems such as Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine care for patient outcomes

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
