Treatment Coordinator Assistant

Our team is currently expanding to bring on a new role, Treatment Coordinator Assistant. We are looking for a dynamic, customer service driven individual who can multi-task (well) working in the front or back office assisting the Treatment Coordinator with new patients – greeting, taking records, etc. Back office duties would involve cleaning chairs, instruments, etc. We would also give high priority to individuals who have marketing experience primarily with the social media. This individual must be an excellent communicator, be warm & engaging, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The right hire will mean that we are able to promote you into more significant roles in the practice.

Experience in the orthodontic field is not necessary as we can train the right individual. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. If you have a background in customer service in a retail or direct customer contact environment, online marketing (tech savvy, blogs, FB, Instagram, YouTube, etc), can learn quickly and possess deep desire to work with people, we would like to consider you!

This is a full-time position with office hours Monday through Thursday 7:30-5. Attractive salary based on experience, excellent benefits package; orthodontic coverage, generous PTO, 401k, uniform allowance and bonus incentive!
