Treatment Coordinator – 303 Smiles

Full-time · Greenwood Village, CO · $25-$29 per hour + performance bonus

You're the first person families talk to when they're thinking about braces or aligners, and the reason they say yes. As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll guide new patients from their first visit to their first day of treatment. You'll have clear goals, real coaching, and a team that has your back.

Orthodontic or treatment coordinator experience is a plus, but not required. If you're driven, upbeat, and love working with people, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

• Welcome new patients and families, and make every visit feel easy and personal.
• Lead new-patient consultations. Explain treatment options in plain language and help families choose what's right for them, including payment options.
• Own your new-patient starts. You'll have monthly goals and see your results every week.
• Follow up with families who haven't started yet or who missed or canceled their exam. A friendly, well-timed call often makes the difference.
• Keep our patient pipeline organized so no one falls through the cracks.
• Help the practice grow: ask happy patients for reviews and referrals, and represent 303 Smiles at local and community events.
• Work hand-in-hand with Dr. Straffon and the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly and on time.

Backgrounds that often succeed in this role include dental or orthodontic offices, retail, hospitality, fitness, and customer-facing sales.

How we work

We're a busy, family-focused practice that runs on structure. We start each day with a short huddle, keep appointments on time, track clear goals, and hold each other accountable in a supportive way. If you do your best work when expectations are clear and effort is recognized, you'll fit right in.

What we offer

• Pay: $25-$29 per hour, plus a monthly bonus based on new-patient starts
• Benefits: Health Reimbursement Program, paid holidays, PTO
• Schedule: Monday 12-6, Tuesday 8:30-5:30, Wednesday 8:30-5:30, Thursday 7:00-4:30, Friday 10:00-2:00
• Training: Hands-on onboarding and ongoing coaching. No ortho background needed.
