Dental Hygienist – Maternity coverage

Schedule: Starting Feb 15, 2026

Monday & Wednesday 8am - 5pm

Tuesday 9am - 5:30pm Thursday 7am - 3pm

Some Fridays 7am - 1pm

About Us:

We are a friendly, low-stress, patient-centered dental practice located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Our team works collaboratively to deliver exceptional care, and we are looking for a reliable temporary Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to step in and help maintain our high standard of patient care while our team member is away.

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough prophies, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
• Take digital X-rays and conduct routine oral cancer screenings.
• Educate patients on optimal daily preventive oral hygiene.
• 1-hour recare appointments.
• Software used: Open Dental.

Qualifications:

• Active State Dental Hygiene License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional chairside manner.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a new office flow

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
