We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Surgical Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced oral surgery practice. If you are passionate about patient care, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy working in a surgical setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required)
• Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and other oral surgery procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Take digital radiographs, intraoral scans and CBCT scans as needed
• Monitor and support patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Provide clear post-operative instructions and patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Stock operatories and assist with daily clinical operations

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
