What You'll Do:

As the scheduling coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service. You will answer the phone, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service to the patients and their families. We are looking for team members who are willing to pitch in to do whatever is needed to ensure excellent patient experience and smooth operations of the practice.

What You Need:

*Dental office scheduling office experience highly preferred.

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.

* Proficiency in practice management software and electronic health record systems.

* Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.

* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience.
