Registered Dental Hygienist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care, promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner and enjoy working with children

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct dental cleanings

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care

- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records

- Take dental x-rays and assist with radiographic imaging

- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed

- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care

- Schedule appointments

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records

- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices and patient assessment techniques

- Experience working in a dental clinic setting and understanding of dental terminology

- Strong infection control practices to ensure patient safety

- Ability to work with electronic health record systems

***must have active South Carolina dental hygiene license***

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
