This position is specifically for TUESDAYS, 8:40am - 5:40pm

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions with clarity and empathy
• Ensure strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations
• Proven experience in general dentistry settings with familiarity in dental terminology and documentation review
• Strong knowledge of infection control practices, medical imaging, and medical coding standards
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse age groups
• Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and medical records management is essential for accurate documentation and assessment
