Triple Cities Family Dental is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are a modern, privately owned dental practice with an excellent patient base and a strong focus on providing high-quality, comprehensive care. We are looking for a hygienist who is dependable, personable, team-oriented, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.

Our schedule makes sure you are never more than 2 days away from a break!

Office Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• No weekends

Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with every Wednesday and every weekend off.

Compensation & Benefits

$37–$45/hour, depending on experience, clinical skills, and overall fit with our team.

About Our Practice

Triple Cities Family Dental combines personalized patient care with modern dental technology. Our hygienists are an important part of our clinical team and play a significant role in patient education, prevention, periodontal therapy, and long-term oral health.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an RDH who:

• Holds a current New York State Dental Hygiene license
• Provides excellent, compassionate patient care
• Is comfortable educating patients about their oral and periodontal health
• Works well as part of a collaborative dental team
• Is dependable, professional, and positive
• Values quality dentistry and building long-term relationships with patients

Experience is preferred, but we are also willing to consider the right newer graduate who is eager to learn, develop their clinical skills, and grow with our team.
