Registered Dental Hygienist

We’re on the lookout for a certified, enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to become a valued member of our team! Our state-of-the-art, fully digital office was recently renovated and is home to a talented group of 3 General Dentists, 4 Hygienists, 1 Orthodontist, and 2 Oral Surgeons. With a strong and growing patient base, we’re seeking someone who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities

• Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
• Sterilize dental instruments properly (When needed)
• Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
• Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
• Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride)
• Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques)
• Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures
• Take X-rays or dental impressions
• Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases (including oral cancer)
• Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
• Monitor supplies

Pay: $50.00 - $61.00 per hour
